Besides our specialisation in accounting and company secretary profiles, our recruitment process is made in 3 stages:
Stage one: We meet with the hiring manager to understand the required candidate profile and the job description. In fact, due to our finance expertise, it would be easy for us to understand the hiring manager expectation and hence to select the suitable profile accordingly.
Stage 2: We perform psychological and technical testing to ensure that the candidate suits perfectly the position.
Stage 3: Once the candidate is hired, we perform the training of the selected candidate on the job.
